LongHorn Vapor Co. has sent me the latest Morpheus V2 from Vapor Tech to review. As you know I only review products sent to me directly from the manufacturer; however, I will give this an overview for you as it appears to be a very well designed and solidly constructed Sub Ohm tank that should appeal to the vaping community.

I have used a selection of two different E-Liquids with varying PG/VG mixtures from LongHorn Vapors latest Psycho E-Liquids and their established Private Collection. I have also used two devices for the purpose of testing the Morpheus V2 during this review that includes the X Pro M80 Plus, and the Vapor Shark rDNA 40.

People can suffer from allergies to chemicals that may be present in the makeup of certain types of E-liquids or produced in their vapor. People can become sensitive to, or even allergic to Nickel or Titanium used in Temperature Controlled designed coils. So, please be aware of this and seek medical advice before using any of the products used in my reviews. Also, check with your E-liquid supplier or the equipment manufacturers directly prior to purchasing and use.
You might find this range of calculators provided by Steam Engine particularly useful, so thank you to Lars for allowing me to include them in my reviews. These calculators are currently under development, and the information that they contain may change at any time without notice. Please read the How It Works section for a more in-depth understanding. Also, never leave your device charging unattended, make sure you are using the recommended battery for your device, and always remember, SAFETY FIRST.
The Morpheus V2 Sub Ohm Tank has been constructed from high grade 304 stainless steel and Pyrex glass which now holds up to 4ml of E-liquid, an increase of 1.5ml over the previous version making it a far more viable option for the Sub Ohm class.
There is a choice of coil options currently on offer allowing you to vape in both VV/VW or Temperature control modes with 100% Japanese Organic Cotton included to help improve the flavour. Vapour production and draw options have also seen an improvement, with the second edition which now has large twin airflow slots positioned at the base of the tank that can be reduced to only one by closing down one side with a simple turn of the adjustable airflow ring.
To reduce heat build-up in the drip tip, an additional airflow intake has been added just below, allowing for cooler air to be drawn in (Slip streaming) reducing the heat further still.
Overall very good value for the money, although I would personally like to see the air intake slots currently housed at the base positioned above the E-Liquid, thereby reducing any potential leakage from occurring through the air intakes, along with the inclusion of a non-metallic drip tip included on the next V3 version.
Expect the price for the Morpheus V2 to be around $29.00
